Got all dolled up for an interview in downtown.
Nude stilettos and cocktail dresses may not be perfect for this hot weather.
But they sure do make a gal feel confident enough to take on the world.
In a few days, I will be notified if I got the position or not.
Regardless of the outcome, it was a wonderful experience that shed light onto current social issues in Chicago and helped me reflect on my future aspirations.
But still, I am anxiously crossing my fingers.
